Mechanical Chicken
Mechanical Chicken is the reward for completing all three of Oglethorpe Obnoticus's OOX rescue chains across Tanaris, The Hinterlands, and Feralas. Finishing the final Booty Bay quest awards a miniature version of the rescued homing robots.

How to get Mechanical Chicken
Complete all three OOX rescue chains: Find OOX-17/TN! and Rescue OOX-17/TN! in Tanaris, Find OOX-09/HL! and Rescue OOX-09/HL! in The Hinterlands, and Find OOX-22/FE! and Rescue OOX-22/FE! in Feralas. After all three rescues are complete, return to Oglethorpe Obnoticus in Booty Bay and complete An OOX of Your Own to receive the Mechanical Chicken. The reward binds when used, so an unopened chicken can also be traded.
Complete the three OOX rescue chains
Mechanical Chicken is not tied to a single escort. You must complete the OOX chains in Tanaris, The Hinterlands, and Feralas.
Each chain begins with a distress-beacon quest that leads you to a stranded OOX homing robot, followed by an escort-style Rescue quest.
Return to Oglethorpe in Booty Bay
After all three rescues are complete, Oglethorpe Obnoticus offers An OOX of Your Own in Booty Bay.
The final quest is essentially the collection reward for rescuing all three robots and directly grants the Mechanical Chicken.
The reward can be traded before use
Mechanical Chicken binds when used rather than when the quest is completed.
That means an unopened reward can be transferred to another player or sold before it is learned, even though the original acquisition comes from a quest chain.
Not to worry; the combat mechanisms and homing logic have been disabled on this unit, I think. --Oglethorpe Obnoticus
