How the Spectral Bear Cub is unlocked
The Spectral Bear Cub unlocks when your account reaches 25 total Legacy Points. After the reward is available, visit Innkeeper Wiley in Ratchet to claim the companion.
The reward track counts Legacy Points earned across the account. It is separate from the limited number of points an individual character can spend in the Legacy perk trees.
A launch Legacy reward
Blizzard has confirmed four rewards on the launch Legacy track: the Holstered Replica Ironforge Air Rifle at 15 points, Spectral Bear Cub at 25, Spectral Bear Tabard at 40, and Reins of the Spectral Bear at 55.
Blizzard describes the Spectral Bear Cub as a Legacy System-exclusive pet inspired by the dwarven Hunter and companion shown in the WoW Forever cinematic.
Legacy rewards will keep expanding
Blizzard says the Legacy Reward Track will expand as new content releases add more Legacy Challenges and additional rewards. That makes the Spectral Bear Cub the first companion tied to a system that can continue producing collection rewards over time.
