How to get Wood Frog
Find Flik running around the Darkmoon Faire grounds and purchase the Wood Frog Box for 1 gold. Only one Wood Frog Box is available at a time, and the Classic Darkmoon Faire guide gives the restock at about 20 minutes. The box binds when used, so it can also be traded or purchased from the Auction House outside the Faire.
Catch Flik at the Darkmoon Faire
Flik does not stand at a normal vendor stall. He runs around the Darkmoon Faire grounds chasing a frog, so the first step is simply finding and catching up with him.
In Vanilla Classic, the Darkmoon Faire appears monthly and alternates between its Elwynn Forest and Mulgore locations. Flik is present at the active Faire.
Wood Frog is Flik's limited-stock pet
The Wood Frog Box costs 1 gold and only one is available at a time. Wowhead's Classic Darkmoon Faire guide puts the vendor restock at about 20 minutes.
If another collector has just purchased it, stay near Flik and check again after the restock window rather than assuming the pet is unavailable for the entire Faire.
The box can be bought after the Faire ends
Wood Frog Box binds when used, so unopened boxes can be traded and listed on the Auction House.
That means the monthly event limits direct vendor access, not ownership. A collector can still buy another player's unopened box when the Faire is gone.
Vendors at the Darkmoon Faire offer strange and exotic wonders. They also sell wood frogs.
