How to get Mr. Wiggles
During Children's Week, characters level 10 or higher can begin the faction orphan quest line from Orphan Matron Nightingale in Stormwind or Orphan Matron Battlewail in Orgrimmar. Complete the full orphan journey, then finish A Warden of the Alliance or A Warden of the Horde. Choose Piglet's Collar from the final reward list to receive Mr. Wiggles. The collar binds when picked up, so it cannot be traded or purchased from another player.
Start Children's Week at your faction orphanage
Alliance characters begin with Orphan Matron Nightingale in Stormwind and receive the Human Orphan Whistle. Horde characters begin with Orphan Matron Battlewail in Orgrimmar and receive the Orcish Orphan Whistle.
The original Vanilla quest line requires level 10. Summon the orphan with the whistle whenever a sightseeing objective needs to be completed.
Complete the original Vanilla orphan route
Alliance players visit the Westfall lighthouse, the Bough of the Eternals in Darnassus, and the Stonewrought Dam. Horde players visit the Lordaeron throne room, Mor'shan Rampart, and the Ratchet docks.
After those visits, finish Jaina's Autograph or Cairne's Hoofprint for your faction and You Scream, I Scream... to unlock the final Warden quest.
Choose Piglet's Collar
A Warden of the Alliance and A Warden of the Horde offer the same Vanilla reward list. Piglet's Collar summons Mr. Wiggles, while Turtle Box gives Speedy and Rat Cage gives Whiskers the Rat. Curmudgeon's Payoff is the 5-gold alternative.
The final quest grants one reward choice, so selecting Mr. Wiggles uses that completion's Children's Week reward.
There is no trade route
Piglet's Collar is unique and binds when picked up.
Mr. Wiggles therefore has to be earned through Children's Week on the character that will keep him.
Many assume 'Wiggles' refers to the motion of this pig's posterior. They discover the true meaning when they see their own entrails.
